These two sites, maintained by Samaritan Health Services (Oregon), are useful discovery resources for research and funding.

ResearchRaven advances health research, program development and scholarship by providing current information about funding opportunities, professional conferences, calls for papers and other research-related materials.

ScanGrants™ lists sources to enhance individual and community health. The funding sources listed here may be of interest to those in the health field including, but not limited to, medical researchers, social workers, nurses, students, community-based health educators, and academics. The site includes funding from private foundations, corporations, businesses, and not-for profit organizations. ScanGrants™ generally does not including federal and state funding sources since they may be found on other sites (e.g., www.grants.gov).
